Third Annual Phenix Christmas Parade Phenix, Virginia December 6,
2008 The Third Annual Phenix Christmas Parade had approximately 45 entries that ranged from horses to antique cars to floats. Following the parade, there was a reception at the Farmer's Market for refreshments. And of course Santa was in attendance for photo opportunities and treats for the children.
